Have you ever felt like having a gypsy horse is way beyond your reach? I sure have. About 25 years ago (currently 2026) I wanted a Gypsy Vanner so badly. I believed that it would never happen to me. 25 years ago, we got a little sorrel and white tovero pony who was bred to a Gypsy Vanner stallion. Splash (who is also a descendant of the legendary "Scribbles") is pictured above. She was the begining for our love of gypsy horses and gypsy cobs. Back then, I had this silly notion that.....if I couldnt afford to buy one, I would just make one. Well, all these years later, our entire herd tells a story. A short part of the story of our life. Who we are, where we have come from, where we are headed. If you have ever had a "CSR's" gypsy blend, my guess is that you were not disappointed. God did eventually bless me with some pure breds. However, at the time of writing this, the only pure bred we own is our stallion. All the others come from a long long line of breeding draft ponies and gypsy cobs to create something beautiful, smart, level headed and simply amazing. In short.....some have said our Gypsy ponies are pure bred quality. The catch is this.....we offer them at part bred pricing. No hype....just great ponies.
